RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and tags must remain on. All jewelry items need to have all of the original tags still attached and need to be in an unworn condition.

A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns.

How to return an item:

Request a Return Authorization Number

Email CUSTOMERSERVICE@SABRINAUSA.COM with your order #

          You will receive your Return Authorization Number along with shipping instructions within 24-48 hours from request.

Package your item

Neatly and carefully package your item enclosed with your Return Authorization Number. If the item gets damaged during shipment, the customer will be fully responsible.

Shipping your item

Ship your package with a paid return label and insure for the full purchase price. This return label can be purchased at any UPS, FedEx or USPS package delivery provider.

Place shipping label on outside of box and write your Return Authorization Number on the label. Do not write words like Jewelry, Diamonds, Ring, etc anywhere on the outside box.

Sabrina Designs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged while shipping. Items shipped without obtaining a Return Authorization Number or received in a damaged or tampered box, will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

When your return has been approved, we will process the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
